Since the works have been made in spiritual influence I do not make exact replicas of any thing seen or observed by the naked eye.  The painting shows two fishes, pairing of anything or object is considered a feng shui cure for improving relationships and along with improving your financial as well as family luck. This feng shui painting has universal uses and can be used as cure for many aspects in your life. There is a beautiful harmonizing energy of yin and yang energies.

 Lilac ,such a soothing colour and frequently used in bedrooms has its own energy symbolism. While you may love the colour you must understand how this will have effect on your brain and your life.

Lilac bedrooms, though the colour is soothing , it has its qualities of bringing down the energy. Royalty is symbolized by deep dark purple and unless you have some dark and bold accents your lilac bedrooms will with some time become depressing and make you feel tired and unwell.

Though there are umpteen shades and hues with the lilac colour, and I do not have a personal liking for this as it has the tendency to pull me down inwards, too much. Harmony in colors is important. Where there is Yin it must be balanced and uplifted with Yang! 

What you need to do!

1) if possible change the color of your bedroom by choosing a highlight wall.  yes, you get to paint easily in case the budget to repaint goes off board for you at present. One wall can be darkened. Two walls can be of opposite color scheme. Lots of options here within budget to change the energy  of your lilac bedroom instantly.  

2) Wall Paper magic! Affordable DIY stickers, wall decals and wall papers, choose and apply. Nowadays its become a one day job to put up some beautiful wall papers and hide one wall or all with this. Though remember this, don't choose a lilac colour print wall paper! it will not serve your purpose! and avoid too much white also. go for colours, pastels and toned down if you are not the bold color lover. 

3) Add lights. Correct lighting will uplift the energy of your lilac purple bedroom creating some romantic ambiance. Do not go overboard with too many fancy lights, remember the energy for bedrooms must be relaxing and uplifting your spirits. Avoid any light fixtures above your bed and sleeping area. 

4) Did you check for mirrors, never use mirrors to reflect lilac barren walls. Whatever reflects multiplies, remember this Feng shuii mantra. Choose focal points that are energy enhancers to reflect in the mirror. I personally am not//never in favour of mirrored head rest boards for beds avoid this, it hurts relationships too much. Have a secure head board and avoid lilac. Head boards need to bring strength and supportive energy. 

5) In Feng Shuii  Masters always advise to avoid plants in bedrooms. A small pair of Chinese Bamboos never hurt! and green the colour of health and wealth will bring out energy over the lilac softness.  And of course green against lilac looks Amazing!

6) Too much lilac will bring down energy. Add some color pop! Artifacts, artworks and knick knacks are sure shots for great Feng Shuii, just choose them carefully. From Lilac I prefer rose color, there are so many options with pastel shades, that are uplifting yet having a soft ambiance. My favorite Celadon, but of course with colour pop highlights!  

7) I do understand bedrooms must be quiet rooms  to relax but I disagree with this as I am a colour person. Your bedroom will affect your life. What you see while you go to sleep and the first thing you see when you wake up is very very important for the way your life, relationships and work, success progresses. 

You surely don't want to wake up to a barren lilac wall!Bedroom , is one of the most important rooms after the living room to activate with feng shuii. Of all the rooms you need to focus on living room, kitchen and bedroom, activate these appropriately and see your life on a upward roller coaster!

Lighting for Your Artworks and How correct lighting will influence your art display and also for artists their art sale? lights are so important that if you knew how this influences sale of a painting, every artist would pay a lot more attention on art display with correct lighting.  Lighting for your precious paintings is absolutely essential for the right look for your art. No doubt when you buy an original artwork it is loved by you and also one that you wish to display in your personal space be it your home or office.

Lights can work wonders to your art on walls. A dull environment or low lightning can elevate or mar the effects and visual appearance of your paintings. I have noticed my old painting photographs, so dull, blurred and they do not even show the exact art how it looks.

7 points you will think off while arranging lighting effects for displaying art, whether you are an artist or an art buyer displaying art this knowledge will help you. 

1) Check the colours. bright colours can do away with less light. dull colours may require brighter lights. 

2) Subject in the painting, if spiritual may require soft lighting. Depends upon the subject painted in the artwork. Strong lighting over spiritual paintings will create shar/negative feng shui energy.

3) Oil paintings that are varnished may require indirect lighting when displaying them. Otherwise they will reflect back and one is unable to view the painting clearly. 

Also those framed in glass require careful lighting as it reflects light and blurs the art view.

4) Geometric and colourful abstracts are live energy. they need to be hanged in natural lighted areas to spread the energy. If the room is bright with direct sunlight or indirect sunlight for full day you will need less artificial lighting near the painting. 

5) In art galleries choose the space where it does justice to your art. Large painting will require appropriate lighting surrounding it. Small sized artworks will need base, to or side ways lighting , that is focused lighting to bring out its beauty. Otherwise small sized paintings will get lost in the large wall spaces and buyers will just pass by without giving it a second look.

6) Paintings hung in entrances require special lighting as it will also highlight the door area. Hanging a mirror will multiply the artwork images so be careful to use positive subjects for entrance art. Avoid God figure art as this will repel people who don't follow that path. Choose inspirational art with bright lights for entrances of home and office.

7) The painting hanging beside the artwork is also important with its lighting. See that it does not reflect, confuse the viewer. Choose similar or harmonizing theme paintings to be displayed together as a gallery wall in home or office.
