5) Coins must have some detonations or numbers. Numerology is very powerful feng shuii activator. numbers game is amazing if you learn to apply it in feng shuii. There can also be texts written with symbols of the value. empty coins painted will also activate wealth but are a bit confusing. Universe loves clarity. Avoid one coin. When people blame luck, destiny, relationships, family, finances and the many ten thousand reasons why they couldn't keep the job or achieve success in business, lose weight,  it brings me to a blank statement- these are excuses. and the disease is called excusitis! You can guide them for some time, assist them for some time with financial support and practical help but then after that you have to let them be. You have to begin with clearing your thoughts and stop the monkey brain chattering about hurdles and negative results. forget for once the past negative experiences before you start the trust in the Universe. Doing the same things will give you the same results. If you keep on repeating nothing good happens, then the Universe approves of your wish! So begin with what you most fear. Face it and you will see unique paths unfold. With every healing art purchase I always add specific intentions wish fulfillment energy to the artwork. Most people fail because they continue asking for the wrong things. Every frog pulled it down saying there is danger outside but they hardly realize that one day the water in the well will dry and they all will die. And the story of the monkey who is caged and given a banana after opening the cage, the brain is so customized to follow this rule that even when the cage door is kept open the monkey with hunger pangs never goes out and takes the bunch of bananas available free! The horse tied to the pole never understands its power that it is free and can break the rope easily. All these are embedded self beliefs, negative self beliefs that keep controlling  our lives unknowingly. I am asking you to first meditate and find out about yourself. your likes and dislikes,. Your plus points and limitations.  

 Change your wishes, change your words, change your list now! Instead of asking for money and lots of money, start asking for actually what you want. the universe needs to get your specific terms.  Decide an respectable figure for your every month earnings and  life and ask for that amount. Work and be prepared to work very hard when Reiki brings you opportunities. The Universe has everything in abundance.. you just have to tap this correctly! Do you need to explain your abstract art? Does a picture speak a thousand words?

A picture speaks a thousand words? isn't it? you have heard this so many times and this is the general feeling with all artists since centuries. People will always say, it is very uncool to talk about your own art, or it is so not arty to mention art prices, and it is actually marring sales by speaking or explaining about your art! Well, Who knows you are an artist? in this world of online art galleries' and selling paintings online artists do have to explain and express their ways techniques, emotions of why they painted a certain piece of artwork and how it emerged or what is the story behind a painting.

I have been painting since year 2000 and have gone through all that and done that! This is so confusing, when I used to keep quiet for years and paint in solitude people would say how do we understand your art and how do people know you paint? and how will people buy your paintings?  very true and I acknowledge this fact. so you must speak up and share your art.  My best advice, be yourself, and continue your creative journey of making art but also do share your art with viewers and buyers. The process you have gone through is of utmost importance. No one knows my inner struggles, my tussle of juggling between financial priorities for buying art materials, my priorities of making art in solitude when I surely would have enjoyed free times with self and family. It is the inner journey, the soul calling and the obsession to paint. The creative energies that need to be let out. The Reiki flow that finds its source and the receivers. Trust me, the pathway is not an easy one and doesn't have any blissful stops or halts, you move on and you keep moving without resting. I always mention being an artist is a 24x7 job! and you don't know when you will get paid! but you continue to bring and add beauty to the world with your art. You choose to buy painting canvasses and paints when you could buy that tempting dress. You sit for hours and hours painting passionately and joyfully adding value to the world being your aim. Hence I have never made selling art my priority, no wonder you will see thousands of artworks in my home studio and so many hundreds I have torn and burnt and yet I continue making art. 

Coming to the title- I do agree that a beautiful artwork will draw you closer, you will be attracted by shapes, colours, subjects painted, you will want to know and ask more about the painting. If its an abstract you will surely think as to why the artist may have painted this? what must be the thoughts of the artists at that time? how has the artist made this stroke? what is that tiny brush mark? was it intentional or was it just a mistake while painting the larger canvas? 

and now coming to online art display where you see a photo of the painting. you do not even smell the paints, you can't touch it, you may not see the textures or the strokes in detail, and then you can't understand the artworks energy, the purpose of that art. here comes descriptions and story behind the making of artworks. Now with online art galleries' and online art websites of individual artists you do have to talk and talk and talk more about the process the subject the art and the why you painted that piece! A picture or photo of a painting will not speak the complete story. it may challenge your thoughts but yet the hidden mystery remains. 

Being an artist myself, a healing artist, sharing about symbolism in art and making reiki symbol artworks,  I do have to explain why and what a symbol means, what energy it brings, how does it benefit, what to expect from my art. I will surely say that photographs of paintings never do justice to the original actual paintings. When people say they stand for hours staring at an original Rothko and they cry, then the magic still exists in the originals isn't it? I have to reach that, I don't know whether this aim will be achieved in this lifetime but I will strive to work towards this..to make my art speak a thousand words!

I have tried the Reiki healing arts meditation videos to share the energy, to make you experience live flow of Reiki. Yet the mystical energy of originals is out of this world experience! when you actually touch a painting, when you actually display the painting in your home space, when you see it day in and day out and that brings a smile on your face and hope of the limitless life blessings coming your way.

A good paintings is worth a thousand words, you keep explaining but you will find yourself wordless. Yet it is necessary that you share some explanations, descriptions of the art making process, the intentions, maybe the process of why that day you painted a particular symbol painting. Then also you may see some cheap larger sized artworks for sale online through online art selling websites which are prints that are framed in cheap acrylics frames thus making them affordable and remember these frames bend with few months of displaying the art prints. Choose cheaper artworks when you have the tendency to refurnish your homes decor frequently. If you are a real art lover and would buy for the artists name then the path of buying art is different. 

Then in descriptions you also share the materials used and the size of your painting. You may display the art in modern decor rooms, use an app like art placer app for displaying art according to the size perspective. You of course cannot explain every detail but a few words to describe your painting does guide buyers to understand the art before choosing top buy it.

Does that mean art is not self explanatory? No,  that is not so. Abstract paintings done with no specific intentions with just a play of colors do draw buyers with their visual effects. In such paintings there is actually no need to share any descriptions except for the materials sued and the size of the artwork. 

You actually see a painting and instantly connect with it, you just have to have it, yes, that too happens. then here you don't need any explanations. This happens when you have been following an artist and love their style of painting or love their purpose of painting. I personally understand that I always paint in the mode/the moment where i am actually not present, that is getting totally involved with the artworks, being one energy with the canvas/paper, the brush, the paint and my soul. There is no space for negativity, or any other thoughts except for the purpose of making that art piece. Writing symbols comes intuitively, the brush moves, the symbols flow, I keep them raw. I do understand styling words, calligraphy, arty texts but then I like to keep my calligraphy raw, innocent and simple. When you visit an art gallery you see tiles and then view art in silence. trust me I love the feelings. Art actually speaks. You may find that there is no one to explain but the painting and you. There is a Title that hints upon the art. That is magical. This tends to happen many times with art buying. And result- you end up buying a Gallery wall for say $four figures and then in end you still have a living room wall to fill up with art! In fact I would suggest decide all walls of your home you need to add artworks. That way you will get some really good concessions and sale offers.

3) Be realistic in Choosing art gallery walls. they are usually white walls and you may not be hanging white walls in your home! Here the app really helps, virtual art display.

Do you get framed paintings ready to hang? is is without frame? are shipping costs included or extra? is there a facility for installation of these paintings in your home? because some Art Galleries if local provide installation carpenters to hang those paintings in your home, other wise with online art purchases you have to find a person who will make that drilling holes and other arrangements to display those shipped  purchased paintings on your home wall.

Is abstract painting good for House? In Feng shui Masters since ancient times have advised to avoid abstract paintings. The explanation is that abstract paintings have no specific meaning or symbolism. No message. No form and they confuse the mind. And with Cubism and Geometric abstract paintings it is seen that sharp pointed shapes produce negative arrows pointing towards the viewer that is shar energy coming towards you, hence they were avoided. Colour blobs and irregular shapes in feng shui are always never chosen hence Masters used to advise to avoid abstract art. In fact landscapes and realistic art was considered good. The more realistic flowers, mountains, sky colours the great feng shuii energy coming out.

Today we have a changed perspective. You can choose abstract that connects to your soul. Avoid pointed arrows, sharp shapes and too many irregular blobs in any abstract painting for hanging in your home or office. If the artworks brings joy to you, go ahead and hang it! Do we have to do outline of abstract art? In abstract art the most important aspect is there are actually no rules. Usually people make fun of abstract art saying even a five year old can make it. But look closely at some great abstract artworks. Here i am not mentioning the million dollar abstracts by world famous artists that you would jot down as lines and plain layers of paints. I am mentioning look into the process, the technique, the history of the artists and the years they have spent in their studio, their part of life that has gone into making thousands of artworks, and then comes out the blobs of pint finally letting go of all rules. The abstract painting. Borders and outlines are all the personal choice of the artist and never compulsory. In some geometric paintings outlines give a definite structure and form to the artwork.

• What is exact message conveyed by abstract painting? There is a message if you read and understand it in every piece of abstract artwork. Hidden symbolism may be different with a theses I can go about explaining for every painting and more so large abstracts have so many interesting points. In fact Picasso, Piet Mondarin and Van Gogh in their artworks surely began with shapes characters and forms. It is later on as the artwork progresses each line and form becomes invisible with the covering of layers of paint leading to final result of abstract art!

• How to get Golden Sheen in abstract paintings? Do you notice some paintings shine brightly and in light when tilted have a glow. The sheen coming is from a technique and has nothing to do with the process of painting. The technique is a coating a layer that comes up after finding the artwork which I have never done but expect for few framed old oil paintings and lots of canvasses followed now as this layer is very important to also preserve costly art.

  I have done limited very few Reiki horses paintings that are available for sale. Varnishing is a technique to choose glossy medium or matt finish. Then you will also see that some artists add a light golden powder or transparent antique gold to the medium to get a layer of gloss over the painting. I prefer the glossy medium as you can see the shine and also it gives a protective layer of covering to the costly painting. For all my large canvas painting buyers I do mention that in few years do get it cleaned and varnished to maintain the health of your costly paintings. The sheen looks good but it is important while displaying art and photographing art that you be careful of the direction of light coming towards glossy finish paintings on walls.

The fascination with the Brahma kamal flower continues, it has been since many many years and still waiting to please Lord Brahma! While I have been struggling with growing the plant(my Garden Care Simplified blog readers know)  It is a mystical magical flower. Brahma kamal has its strong symbolism as the flower of Gods and it is believed in Indian Hindu mythology that the flower blooms only in few homes and the flowers offered to God's are believed to bring luck, good news, wealth and prosperity to the home. 

The original Brahma Kamal flowers are of uttara khand and this one is the night queen, night blooming cereus. Ephiphyllum oxypetallum. Considered as the worlds costliest flower because of its blooming experience that lasts for only few hours. yes it blooms at night and is spent by dawn. What a short life of this amazing flower that blooms only once in few years or as some say after fourteen years.

Today's post is dedicated to recycling from waste. So while we were clutter clearing, the feng shuii cleaning of home, there was a heap of clothes and utensils that were jam packed in cupboards and were in good condition. they were removed to be given as charity. You do try it, clutter clearing, it brings joy. There are amazing videos' on You Tube channel about ideas for recycling and you surely must see and implement them. 

The artist in me got a spark of creative spurt and then why not make feng shuii cures, especially the evil eye cure is what everyone loves and it is I mention, quite a style statement in our home décor. Travelling with Your Newly Owned Painting from Artist Studio or Art Gallery! tips for art parcel

 If you are the one who loves to visit art galleries and artists studios and buy art, here is some information for you. With loads of love you choose a piece of art in an exhibition, art gallery or while visiting an artists studio, and buy it. And you do pay a larger sum as original art is pricey. Paintings, art, when purchased directly from artist studio or through an art gallery is all yours now. How do you travel with your art?

Usually in exhibitions we buy paintings on the go whatever we like and the artist may hand the artwork to you or the gallery will pack it and give it. Some artists and art galleries' during exhibitions also take down addresses and sends it alert to your address. It is very important that you take care of the new addition to your home while transporting painting. If purchased from an art gallery do involve yourself with the packaging and wrapping up of your precious new painting. The gallery representatives will do their best in packing but in case of exhibitions or sales there may not be enough facilities for packing the sold art. While you go to purchase paintings it is better that you drive , have your own vehicle or transportation facility. This helps especially in case of purchasing framed artworks. We have had the experience with twice shifting homes and so have my more than two thousand paintings always travelled safely in another van with us. Never put costly artworks along with other furniture and household items when shifting homes or art studios. 

In exhibitions if you have purchased art directly from artist , do observe the packaging technique and what was used and how, this will help you to later unpack the art when your reach home.

When packed properly the artworks will be protected from environmental and physical hazards on the way. This is your art, so you have to take precautions, be doubly sure about the proper packaging of your art. What if it is a $500 drawing on paper and you accidentally snip off while opening the art package with scissors?

There are many artist who go out of the way to pack paintings well and also add instructions for unpacking the artwork carefully, but there may also be some who feel that after selling they have no connection with the art. I still remember my first large canvas painting that was bought by a Singapore art buyer and she received my email with photo graphs of every step of how I had packed the painting with steps to unpack. Taking photographs while packing helps because it is very easy to later on forget and then opening becomes a scary subject because you may end up damaging the painting if it is packed in too tight an envelope. Photos are really good way to show how the art is packed so that the buyers can step by step unpack the artwork with ease.  For me every artwork is like my precious baby and I do love it when the buyers send photographs of paintings hanging in their space. Their home and office spreading the Reiki energies and the vibes sure are felt! 

Large Framed paintings are packed in wooden crate boxes to help them keep safe while travelling. Especially glass frames need to be handled with a lot of care. Even small sized framed paintings need a padding. I had an order of 40 small gift paintings that were to be sent to a place on an occasion and the task took lots of time. preparing those fifty or more artworks (on every gift large order I make more so that I have choice and even the buyers have choice) was just one small part of the whole process and the framing and packing was  a ton of time consuming task. Bubble wraps are very important and do work wonderfully. Every time I take care to add cardboards and Thermocol sheets to keep the protective layer. Every painting has to be first covered with white clean paper sheets. (never use news papers, never! they stain!) If the painting is of canvas, a larger size then soft muslin white cloth is used as protective covering to the previous costly painting. Even in gifting options I keep the priority of safety of the artwork. We can't cover up in shimmery gift paper and  just tie a fancy ribbon on the frame to be gifted and give it! the receiver too will have to safely carry the painting home! isn't it?

Rolled canvas need to be packed properly to avoid bending and scratching of paint from the surface of the painting. The outer section must be covered securely with cardboard roll so that the art can withstand wind, unexpected shower rain, and even sunlight while travelling. Even when you are buying the painting directly from me, I have to pack it in Roll. Usually a thick plastics tube works better than the art rolls available as these are waterproof and withstand the jerks while travelling. There may be packing  to absorb shock while travelling and also wrappers of paper or soft cloth or even a spare canvas and bubble wrap to protect the painting while packing. Shipping surely takes a lot of effort and care and hence I always say that when you collect any painting from my studio I will give you a substantial discount.

In case your driver or someone else has to pick up the art piece from the gallery do give proper instructions to take care of your precious art while transporting your painting to your home.

If you have selected an artwork from an exhibition or gallery do contact the artist directly and see that the proper method of packaging is done. Never underestimate the travelling time and the road journey while travelling with your newly owned artwork. If you have a hired transport take care of giving proper seat to your precious art. Dumping it at back seat without properly securing the frame may damage it. And I am afraid no one can do anything about this afterwards. This I am saying from personal experience after bringing a large painting from the framer's shop. A soft jerk and the glass cracked....and that too when I opened the package at home, it was a sad sight as with the small crack the whole glass needed to be replaced again. So I understood that I needed to carry along bedsheets and towels, for thick padding while driving home my large sized framed paintings. Another lesson I learned was that avoid putting glass. If it is canvas painting then you can do away with the glass covering and allow the oil painting to breathe. And do understand that larger paintings become very heavy with the weight of glass.

If it is a rare precious expensive artwork do take care where you halt for a tea or snack break in between journey as you may lose your art due to negligence. Art thefts have been going on since ancient times and still do. We still struggle with art authenticity, art originality and fakes floating at cheaper process in the art market. When you buy a healing painting from me you will see that there is always an Art Authenticity certificate attached with the package, even if it is a small 3x4 inch artwork of value $150 or a large of $1000!And instructions for painting care along with best feng shuii art placement suggestions and explanations. 

When art galleries' sell they have their own shipping procedures and art is delivered in van or vehicle to the given address. There are also charges that may be extra if transport is far away city. Especially framed paintings need wooden crate boxes with proper inner support of acid free thermocol so that the frame does not move during travelling. 

The journey of travelling with your art is an unique joyful experience, a piece of the artist soul travels with your to your home, to beautify your home and your life, it gives immense happiness, excitement, hope, and happiness, as say those who have purchased art! Trust me on that the Joy is immense, with so much hope, excitement and anticipation of refreshing your space and home.  Do take proper care of your art while traveling and enjoy the art!
